Complete Catcher Protocol
Five things need to happen, in order. This page is the whole plan until you graduate Level 1.1, and the goal is to get there within ten days.
Your only goal this week is to graduate Level 1.1. Not to learn everything. Not to get through the library. Just to get the tools set up, get on film, and pass your first level. Our goal is that you do it within ten days, and the catchers who get there fastest are the ones who go furthest.
In order
Do them top to bottom. Steps 1 and 2 take one sitting between them, and then you are into the actual work.
Download OnForm and join the group. This is where every video you send and every piece of feedback you get back will live.
Nothing else in the program works until this is done, so do it first, today if you can.
We texted you a booking link right after checkout, and it is also in the Start Here course. Grab a slot even if the soonest opening is a while out, because the calendar fills up and you can always move it earlier.
This call sets the plan for your catcher specifically. Everything after it is more useful, so the sooner it is on the calendar the better.
Film where your catcher is right now, before any coaching. It does not need to look good. That is the entire point of a baseline.
This is the before picture. In three months it will be the most satisfying thing in your camera roll.
Watch the 1.1 video, then use the Mini Mission Accelerators for the follow-along reps. They are short and they are built for exactly this. Film it, send it.
The most common mistake in week one is practising 1.1 for two weeks without submitting it. Send early even if it is not perfect, get corrected, save yourself the time.
Our goal is for you to pass 1.1 within ten days of enrolling. You will usually need a couple of rounds of feedback to get there, and that is normal. Passing means the movement is clean enough to build on.
This is the moment the rest of the program opens up and starts to make sense.
What comes next
Once you have graduated 1.1, every week looks the same: three short sessions and one video. The setup steps above are one time only. The rhythm is forever.
If you get stuck on any step, say so in the group. The families who ask in week one move fastest, and there is no question here we have not already answered a hundred times. You are not behind and you are not missing something obvious.
